I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Management Division at the University of Mannheim and an incoming Postdoctoral Researcher at the Yale School of Management for the 2026/2027 academic year.
My research examines gender equality, the future of work, and their intersection. I am particularly interested in equality in emerging forms of work, including remote teams and online labor markets.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master’s degree in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen. I spent the 2024/2025 academic year at the Yale School of Management for a research stay.
